DC panel is the abbreviation of DC power supply operating system. The general name is intelligent maintenance-free DC power panel, referred to as DC panel, and the general model is GZDW, and DC panel is used to supply this DC power supply. Shanben Power specializes in the production of DC panels. Shanben Power GZD (W) series DC power cabinets are suitable for 10-500kV substations, power plants, high-rise buildings, residential areas, and other distribution rooms, as well as small self-contained power plants, as high-voltage switches, relay protection, automatic devices, etc. Operation, control power supply and emergency lighting power supply. It can also be used in other places that require DC power. Shanben Power's new generation of intelligent DC power supply GZDW series products use core high-frequency switching power supply and DC power supply monitoring system; use dual AC power supply automatic and manual switching input; have automatic and manual voltage regulation of control busbar; online insulation line selection detection device; operation status indication; fault alarm and recording; battery intelligent charging management, automatic conversion of average floating charge, current limiting, battery temperature compensation and other functions; the product has the characteristics of integration, unitization and intelligence.

Simply put, DC panel is a device that provides stable DC power supply. (When there is AC input, it is directly converted to DC220V. When there is no input (mains power and standby power), it is directly converted to battery power supply - DC220V). It provides power for control loads, power loads, and DC accident lighting loads, and is the basis for control and protection of contemporary power systems. The DC panel consists of AC and DC distribution units, charging module units, step-down silicon chain units, DC feeder units, distribution monitoring units, monitoring module units, and insulation monitoring units. The SP series DC panel is mainly used in small and medium-sized power plants, hydropower stations, various substations, and other users using DC equipment (such as petrochemicals, mines, railways, etc.) in power systems. It is suitable for occasions such as switch opening and closing and instruments, meters, relay protection, and fault lighting in secondary circuits. The Shanben Power brand DC panel is a new type of DC system for digital control, protection, management, and measurement. The monitoring host part is highly integrated and adopts a single-board structure (All in one), which contains insulation monitoring, battery inspection, grounding line selection, battery activation, silicon chain voltage stabilization, and microcomputer central signal functions. The host is equipped with a large LCD Chinese display or touch screen, and various operating states and parameters are displayed in Chinese characters. The overall design is convenient and concise, and the human-machine interface is friendly, which conforms to the user's usage habits. The DC screen system provides powerful functions for remote detection and control, and has remote control, remote adjustment, remote measurement, remote signaling and remote communication interface. Through the remote communication interface, the operating parameters of the DC power supply system can be obtained remotely, and the operating status and set values can also be set and modified through the interface to meet the requirements of power automation and unmanned substations in power systems; equipped with standard RS232/485 serial interface and Ethernet interface, it can be easily incorporated into the power station automation system.


(I) Main features of Shanben Power brand DC screen: 

This product complies with the provisions of GBT19826-2005 General Technical Conditions for DC Power Supply Equipment for Power Engineering.

This product complies with DLT5044-2004 Technical Regulations for Design of DC Systems for Power Engineering.

The charging device of this product can use high-frequency charging modules and phase-controlled chargers.

The microcomputer controller of this product can use PLC controller type and industrial-grade single-chip microcomputer type.   


High reliability:

1) Modular design of switching power supply is adopted, with N+1 hot backup.

2) The charging module can be hot-swapped with power on, and the average maintenance time is greatly reduced.   

3) The power bus and control bus can be powered directly by the charging module alone, and can be hot-backed up through the step-down device.   

4) Hardware low-difference autonomous current balancing technology, the maximum imbalance of output current between modules is better than 5%.   

5) Reliable lightning protection and electrical insulation measures, the optional insulation monitoring device can monitor the system insulation in real time to ensure system and personal safety.   

6) The system design adopts international standards such as IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and UL, and reliability and safety are fully guaranteed.  


High intelligence:   

The monitoring module uses a large-screen LCD Chinese character display and sound and light alarms.

The parameters of each part of the system can be set through the monitoring module. The module has the function of smoothly adjusting the output voltage and current, and has the function of battery charging temperature compensation.   

It has multiple extended communication ports, which can connect to a variety of external intelligent devices (such as battery testers, insulation monitoring devices, etc.).   

Modern power electronics and computer network technology are combined to provide support for "telemetry, remote control, remote communication, and remote adjustment" of the power supply system to achieve unattended operation.   

The battery is automatically managed and protected, and the terminal voltage, charging and discharging current of the battery are automatically detected in real time. The battery's floating charge is intelligently controlled, and the battery over-voltage and under-voltage and charging over-current sound and light alarms are set.   

The system uses a monitoring device with built-in insulation monitoring, battery detection, grounding line selection, battery activation, silicon chain voltage regulation, central signal and other functional units, which greatly facilitates user use; 

the system uses a unique "one-line" wiring technology, which greatly facilitates the wiring of large-capacity DC systems and is convenient for user maintenance.   

The charging module adopts natural cooling, which greatly improves the mean time between failures and can be used in places with relatively harsh environments;  

the charging module can be plugged in and out with power on, which greatly reduces the mean maintenance time;   

it adopts the latest international soft switching technology, and the main components adopt high-quality brand-name products;  

the hardware low-difference autonomous current-sharing technology, the maximum imbalance of the output current between modules is better than ± 5%;   

reliable lightning protection and high electrical insulation protection measures, the insulation monitoring device monitors the insulation of the system in real time to ensure the safety of the system and personnel; 

the monitoring module adopts a large-screen LCD touch screen display and real-person voice alarm;   

the monitoring program adopts object-oriented design ideas and modular programming, which is conducive to program maintenance and upgrades;    

the parameters of various parts of the system can be set through the monitoring module, and it has a detailed online help function;   

it has advanced functions such as smooth adjustment of output voltage and current, automatic temperature compensation of batteries, etc.;   

modern power electronics technology is combined with computer technology to realize the "telemetry, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment" of the power supply system and realize unattended operation;   

automatic management and protection of batteries, real-time automatic monitoring of the terminal voltage, charging and discharging current of the batteries, and control of the equalization and floating charge of the batteries, with battery over-voltage and under-voltage and charging over-current sound and light alarms.

System composition (components):

According to the functional units, the system consists of the following components, and the basic functions of each component are as follows:

a) High-frequency switch rectifier module:

The high-frequency rectifier module completes AC/DC conversion and realizes the most basic functions of the system.

b) AC power distribution unit:

The three-phase AC input power is distributed to each high-frequency rectifier module through power distribution. Its extended function is to realize the automatic switching of two AC input power supplies.

c) DC feed unit:

The DC bus voltage is distributed to each DC output circuit through power distribution.

d) Silicon chain voltage regulation unit:

The output voltage of the rectifier module and the battery voltage are stepped down to a control voltage output within a stable range.

e) Monitoring unit device:

Manage the entire system, realize the window of human-computer dialogue, mainly perform battery charging management, and remote control of the system background. Through the monitoring device, various analog quantities of AC, DC, and extended quantities, and various switch quantity signals are collected and analyzed and processed, with sound and light alarm information.

f) Battery inspection:

For single cell voltage monitoring and alarm, our company provides battery inspection devices and battery inspection units; detect 19 and 120 single cells respectively.

g) Insulation detection:

Monitor the insulation status of the busbar and feeder branch to the ground, generate alarm signals, report data to the monitoring module system, and display detailed alarm information in the monitoring module.



  Cabinet:

Combination cabinet system: It is composed of charging combination cabinet (charging cabinet, feeding cabinet) and battery cabinet.

Split cabinet system: It is composed of charging cabinet, feeding cabinet and battery cabinet.



Model specification:

SP series DC panel, DC voltage level can be 110V or 220V, and can also be equipped with any one or more DC panels that can output DC12V/DC24V/DC48V/DC110V/DC220V power levels according to customer needs;
