1. Product Introduction

SP-MK series embedded DC power supply device is a new type of DC power supply equipment, mainly used in small switch stations and user terminals, to provide reliable uninterrupted working power supply for secondary control lines (such as intelligent terminals such as microcomputer protection and indicator lights, analog indicators, etc.), to avoid the microcomputer protection from losing its protective function when AC power is lost, and to solve the problem of UPS failure due to operating overvoltage and harmonics, which leads to microcomputer protection failure. At the same time, it can also provide DC operating power supply for primary switch equipment (spring mechanism vacuum circuit breaker, permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breaker, electric load switch, etc.) that meets the power requirements of the device.

SP-MK series embedded DC power supply device has two input modes: mains input and PT input. Output modes range from DC220V to DC24V in various specifications, which can meet various use occasions. The maximum output power of the device can reach 600W, which can meet the needs of different loads.

The SP-MK series embedded DC power supply device is small in size, easy to install and wire, and suitable for decentralized installation in various types of switchgear. It is more reliable and economical than the general DC panel system (more obvious for small user terminals), saves space, reduces line loss and installation work, and is easy to maintain, providing a new option for power supply reliability of the power system.

The SP-MK series embedded DC power supply device adopts high-frequency power supply technology, and the battery adopts automatic charging management module for maintenance, which greatly prolongs the service life of the battery and makes the device operation safer and more reliable. The device has communication and alarm functions, which can easily realize unattended remote automation management.


2. Scope of application

SP-MK series embedded DC power supply devices are mainly used in various types of switchgear to provide reliable DC operating power for main switches (circuit breakers, load switches, etc.) and secondary protection devices.

Working environment temperature: -10℃~+45℃;

Maximum monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%

Maximum daily average relative humidity: ≤95%

Altitude: no more than 2000 meters.

Working environment conditions: no conductive dust particles, no chemicals that corrode metals and damage insulation. The place of use should have facilities to protect against rain, snow, wind and sand. The surrounding area is not allowed to be filled with water vapor or have severe mold.

Power requirement: no less than 150VA per unit.

2. Output power and power consumption

(1) Continuous operating power:

Continuous operation: ≤100W.

It can meet the power supply needs of microcomputer protection devices, indicator lights, and analog indicators; when powered by batteries, it can last up to 8 to 24 hours depending on the battery capacity and load parameters.

Short-time operating power: ≤200W, 20S.

It can meet the energy storage and power supply needs of most 10KV system spring-operated circuit breakers and electric load switches such as VS1, VD4, and ZN21.

Instantaneous operating power: ≤600W, 100ms.

It can meet the power supply needs of most 10KV system spring-operated circuit breakers and load switches such as VS1, VD4, ZN21, etc.; when powered by battery backup, it can be operated more than 20 times.

(2)Power consumption: The power consumed by the device itself is not more than 8W.

3. Battery charging and discharging

The device is externally connected to 2 12V batteries. When the AC power supply of the device is cut off, the DC power supply is guaranteed to be normal and continuous. The specific backup time is determined by the battery capacity and the load size. When the battery is discharged to over-voltage or under-voltage, the device will send out an alarm signal and automatically stop DC output to protect the battery. When the AC power supply is normal, the device will automatically restore DC power supply and can recharge the battery within 72 hours.

4. Communication rate and protocol

Communication rate: 9600bps

The protocol adopts MODBUS communication protocol.
