Product Overview
The DC24V and DC48V series inverter power supplies are specially designed for the postal and telecommunications industry and are suitable for 48V, -48V or 24V DC screen program-controlled switches, computer rooms, networks, billing, servers and emergency lighting. When the mains is normal, the AC mains supplies power to important loads through static switches. Once the mains is out of power or exceeds the normal range, the power-consuming equipment will be switched from the mains to the DC (battery) inverter.
The DC110V and DC220V series inverter power supplies are designed for power plants, substations, power supply bureaus and other places, and are widely used in 110V or 220V power systems, monitoring, carriers, relay protection and emergency lighting, etc. The power supply system can be powered from the DC panel of the power plant or substation to form an uninterruptible power supply system with AC and DC dual-circuit power supply.
The SP series sine wave inverter is specially designed and produced to meet the actual needs of power systems and postal and telecommunications businesses, taking into account the size of the installation space, the demand for automation and networking of inverter management in the IT era, and the impact of noise on office or computer room staff.
This series of inverters adopts advanced SPWM and CPU control technology, with precise control, input and output isolation, safety and efficiency, good reliability, and strong impact resistance to inductive loads. This series of products is not only small in size, light in weight, beautiful in appearance, easy to install and maintain, simple to operate, low in noise, low in backfeed noise, and pollution-free, but also has real-time data acquisition and remote communication functions, which provides convenience for the majority of system users to implement network management and remote monitoring. This inverter is not only suitable for the communication industry, but also for other occasions with high requirements for power supply quality. It is an ideal power supply choice for office automation.
a) SP series inverter power supply is an intelligent special inverter power supply, which adopts intelligent microcomputer CPU control technology, with simple and reliable control circuit and rapid response to changes in external environment;
b) SP series inverter power supply adopts SPWM pulse width modulation technology, and the output is a pure sine wave with stable frequency and voltage, noise filtering and low distortion;
c) SP series inverter power supply has strong load carrying capacity, good load compatibility, and built-in bypass switch, which improves the continuity and reliability of the inverter power supply;
d) The SP series inverter power supply DC input adopts advanced back-feed noise suppression technology, which does not interfere with other communication equipment that share the DC panel. The AC input adopts multiple filters to eliminate interference from the main power grid and meet the application system's need for main AC power supply;
e) SP series inverter power supply can be flexibly set to AC main supply type and DC main supply type (select any one):
1. When AC main power inverter is in AC power output mode, it will automatically switch to inverter output mode when AC power input fails.
2. The DC main power inverter is in inverter output when there is AC power, and automatically switches to AC power output when the DC input fails;
f) The SP series inverter power supply has a perfect design, which allows the DC to be cut off when the power is turned on and automatically switches to the AC bypass without affecting the power supply of the load, making it convenient to maintain and replace the battery;
g) After the SP series inverter power supply shuts down the output due to high/low battery voltage or overload alarm, the battery voltage returns to normal and the power supply automatically resumes output. After the overload phenomenon is eliminated for 50 seconds, the power supply automatically resumes output. This function is especially suitable for unattended communication base stations;
h) SP series inverter supports LCD display function, allowing customers to understand the internal working status of the machine at any time. It adopts 1602B, 122*32 dot matrix, blue background, and silver-white subtitles.
i) SP series inverter power supply supports AC startup function, which is used to start the power in case of DC fault (optional);
j) SP series inverter power supply supports communication function, and uses monitoring software to understand the power supply working status in real time (optional);
k) SP series inverter power supply supports TCP/IP protocol function, and uses monitoring software via Ethernet to remotely (single /multiple) understand the power supply working status in real time (optional) ;
l) SP series inverter power supply provides three sets of passive dry nodes, which are used for DC input fault, AC input fault and AC output fault alarm (optional).

illustrate:
1) In order to protect the battery, the inverter can only start up normally when the battery voltage is within the startup voltage range.
2) After starting up and entering the working state, the inverter can work normally as long as the battery voltage is within the shutdown voltage range. When the battery voltage drops to the lower limit of the startup voltage, a low voltage alarm will be issued , and the inverter will shut down when it continues to drop to the lower limit of the shutdown voltage .
