SP series UPS power supply is specially designed for power and communication systems. It is a conversion device that converts the power of the mains and batteries into uninterrupted and purified AC power. It is used to provide computers and other electrical equipment with usable continuous AC power to prepare for the instability and power failure of the mains. It can also prevent various distortions of public power, such as power supply voltage drop, surge voltage, peak voltage and broadcast frequency interference.

(III) Working status description:
1. When the AC input, bypass input and DC input are all normal, the AC input is isolated, rectified and filtered, and then inverted into pure AC power by the inverter, and the static switch 2 is used to provide power to the load (i.e. AC inverter power supply);
2. When the AC input is abnormal and the bypass input and battery input are normal, the DC is isolated and filtered, then inverted into pure AC power, and the load is supplied with power through the static switch 2 (i.e. DC inverter power supply);
3. When the AC input and bypass input are normal and the DC input is abnormal, the bypass input provides power to the load through static switch 1 (i.e. AC bypass power supply);
4. When the AC input, bypass input and DC input are all normal, the AC input is isolated, rectified and filtered, and then converted into pure AC power, which is then supplied to the load through static switch 2. When the machine is overloaded, overheated, impacted, DC abnormal or has an internal fault, the machine supplies power to the load through static switch 1 and automatically switches to bypass power supply.
5. The maintenance bypass circuit breaker is an emergency output channel specially designed for the convenience of maintaining the inverter. It should be disconnected under normal circumstances. If this switch is closed, the inverter will not be able to enter the inverter state, and the LCD screen will prompt that the drive is overcurrent!!!

(VI) Protection function
SP series UPS power supply has perfect protection function. Once the faults listed in the table below occur, the UPS power supply will enter the inverter state or shut down the output to ensure that the load is not damaged, and the UPS power supply itself is also protected.

Note: After the UPS power supply is under voltage protection, it must return to above the set recovery point before it can be restarted. The purpose of setting the hysteresis voltage is to prevent the system from oscillating near the protection point. When the UPS power supply is turned on for the first time, if the input voltage is exactly between the protection point and the recovery point, the machine will be in protection state and display under voltage.
(VII) Working environment
The use environment of this product should meet the following requirements as much as possible:
● Place in a dust-free, dry and ventilated place (install the product in a spacious room with forced ventilation equipment installed in the room)
● Appropriate temperature (UPS power supply can operate in an indoor environment of -10℃~40℃, but the temperature when it is turned on should be higher than 0℃, and the ideal operating temperature is 10℃~25℃)
● Relative humidity meets the requirements (10% to 90%) without condensation
● Altitude ≤ 1000m When the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, it is recommended to reduce the rated capacity of the machine (refer to GB3859.2)
● No water vapor or other corrosive gases, no flammable or explosive materials nearby
● Have a pre-stage power supply that complies with safety regulations
